3G iPhone Officially Announced!

Straight from the horse’s mouth! Steve said it. The iPhone 3G is coming.

It has GPS, 3G, and costs only $199!!! I am ecstatic. Be ready come July 11th, because that is the launch date.

Here’s what Gizmodo had to say:

That’s it for the fourth problem. How about “more affordable?” An 8GB iPhone started at $599, went to $399, and now is going to sell at $199. (Steve makes a BOOM sound not with his mouth, but with the video). The 8GB model is going to be $199, 16GB will be $299. There’s also going to be a white model. WHITE.

  1. Awesome, awesome, awesome. I can’t wait to get one, I love the new price point….kinda makes me feel like a sucka for paying $599 last year.

  3. You’re not alone ...i feel that as well ...i’m thinking of selling my iphone, most people in my country are dumb enough to buy it for 500$ from me. However, im worried that the new one will be harder to crack
