Apple Says Security Fix Coming in September

Macworld magazine is reporting that a security fix for the iPhone is coming in September. According to Apple representative Jennifer Bowcock, “The minor iPhone security issue which surfaced this week is fixed in a software update which will be released in September.”

The security flaw isn’t a huge deal but you still be aware of it. At the unlock screen if someone presses the emergency call button then taps twice on the home button they will be taken to the iPhone’s favorites page without having to enter the password. If, and only if the phone has favorite’s that have links to webpages or email addresses
