Brief: AT&T Offering Cheap Refurb iPhones, Not Widely Promoted

Although Apple has yet to start selling refurbished iPhones on their web site, AT&T is silently promoting them at the very hot price point of $250 for an 8 GB model. Apple Care can be purchased for 69 dollars which adds 2 years onto the warranty.
