Some reports have surfaced from the Apple forums that users iPhone are experiencing a problem. The problem being bubbles under the glass of the iPhone.

Several users are reporting an issue where tiny bubble-like distortions appear underneath the iPhone screen’s glass layer.

“I have 5 bubbles thus far and more as showing up as the days go on”

Are you seeing anything like this? If you are, users are reporting friendly feedback from Apple representatives, so it is definitely worth calling them up if you are having any problems of the sort. Just try not to pop them smile

  1. Yes.  I have had this happen twice.  My original 4GB iphone developed one tiny bubble underneath the glass after about 2 months.  The genius was very helpful.  I walked out with a new phone in under 10 mins.  then about a month later the replacement phone had a bubble.  No problem.  New phone.  one week later that phone just totally went dead.  No problem.  New phone.  Holding my breath.

I haven’t seen any mention of this bubble problem anywhere so I thought I would post so other people know it is an issue.  and, that in Seattle they replace them with no hassle.

  2. My 8GB iPhone developed 2 of these bubbles about 2 months ago. I took it to the apple store and I had a new phone within 5 minutes.
