imageApple released a new version of Garageband last week. In this latest update, Garageband 4.1.1, you can make custom ringtones from loops, iTunes tracks, and other sound clips and upload to your iPhone. This update fixes problems people were having with the export to iTunes feature.

According to the Apple site, “This update improves overall stability and addresses issues with file export to iPhone.”

You can download the update here.

  1. This has to be done with iLife 08, no?

Something i do not have nor need.

The update says it can’t find a program to update, even though Garage Band is located in my applications directory. It’s ok I suppose, only a month or two more of waiting.
