Since the iPhone’s introduction, there have been 2 storage sizes to speak of… 4 and 8 gig models. Many people hold their entire lives, short of people of course, on computers, mobile phones, PDA’s, etc. With the advent of the iPhone, things just got a whole lot better and easier as the iPhone delivers a true, rich internet experience. We have movies, YouTube clips, and music that’s sure to fill up our iPhone’s at some point. So here’s a question, how much storage space is considered ideal for the average iPhone user?

Do you foresee 16 and 32 GB iPhone models in the future? How much storage space do you see yourself using or needing in the future? What all do you have on your iPhone? Sound off!

  1. I have the 8gb iPhone, got it at the end of July and currently use 4gb for audio (music, comedy, audiobooks). I could cut that in half is the iPhone had internet radio streaming and the necessary web browser plug-ins that would allow me to log on to my Sirius account.

As for future memory, yes there will be a 16 and 32gb iPhone in the distant future. And no matter how big the built-in storage is, people will always want more.
