Just when I was starting to get comfortable in thinking I would have no problem getting an iPhone, a new survey had to come out. According to a suvey by Channel Checkers, the iPhone demand may severely exceed the supply.

In a survey of 36 stores, 64% replied that they were carrying a waiting list. This of course comes despite orders by AT&T corporate to carry no waiting lists for the iPhone. The average waiting number, according to the link at Macsimum News is 25 people with one store in the big apple boasting close to 2000 people on the waiting list.

In related news Honhai a manufacturer of the iPhone says that their is a delay in some of their parts and it might not be available until mid-June.

Guess I better start camping out now because these things are going to be hot.
