Apple wants your stories! I don’t remember Apple ever doing this before, but I heard they have done this before with their Mac product line. If you own an iPhone, then I am sure you have a story to tell so why not share it with the people that brought you that amazing product. I submitted my life-changing story. Perhaps you’ll see it.

“If you own an iPhone, we’d love to hear how it’s changed your life, or your favorite story about using it. Call and leave a voicemail with your story at 1-800-764-9941, or write us. We’re all ears.”

  1. There is also a general feedback form on the Apple site for iPhone. This is the link http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html They will not respond to your comments unless they want more info, but it is still nice they are letting us iPhone owners express our opinions.  They not only want you opinions on how the phone is, but they want recommendations on what you think would improve the phone.  It is the things like this that puts Apple a step ahead when it comes to customer care.
