Warning: Do Not Jailbreak 1.1.4, Yet

You may have already downloaded 1.1.4 to update for your iPhone and while ZiBri’s Jailbreak will work, he’s cautioned users to refrain from doing so until any bugs can be worked out and the Firmware can be further analyzed.

One problem that has surfaced is that previously installed Applications will not be shown on the Springboard. Reinstalling these Apps will fix the problem.
You should see an official fix in a few days.

  2. Someone told me it was possible to jailbreak 1.1.4 firmware with ziphone. Anyone ever tried it ?

  3. I like an Idiot updated and lost all my previous apps so now I have to start over but you can jailbraik 1.1.4 but most apps like summer board wont work yet so I have to wait couple of days but you can still try to install things and at least NES works

  5. I keep trying to jailbreak with ziphone but it gives me this error message

    ERROR: ziphone returned 1

    anyone know what that means
    Ive upgraded to 1.1.4 already

  6. I got the same error message but it is possible to ignore it according to some. I jailbroke mine and everythiing seemed to work fine (while in the dock) but music didn’t play when listening thru headphones.

  7. JUst keep doing it and make sure your not on a docking station make sure its connected straight to the usb not the dock

  8. i have it worked fine, but most of the apps wont work, “only compatible with 1.1.[123]”
    so springboard and all of the other apps we hold near and dear wont work, so other words, wait for the sdk

  10. ziphone unlocked my 8gb 1.1.4 iphone,
    not very many bugs only i cannot install my themes,
    with smb,
    but everything works gr8,

  11. Hi, is the fix out yet? I unlocked my 8gb iphone with ziphone 2.6b all worked great except the problem mentioned, all apps don’t appear although they’re installed.
