I recently posted a message about the Jawbone Headset and I made an error in one of my questions: I meant to ask if the unit supports full 2.0 Blue Tooth (not USB).  Thank you.

In addition, I would like to hear from some more users of the Jawbone, especially ones that have not had problems with using the variety of earbuds and earclips to obtain a comfortable fit.

The unit appears to be simply incredible at shielding major noise.  If the DEMO on the home page is even half as good as it sounds, then it’s a significant improvement over any other head set on the market.  I did check out the Plantronics 510, but it is huge and clunky looking.  Much larger in reality than in the pictures.

With respect to the Jawbone, I would hate to see minor annoyances such as obtaining a good fit become major annoyances that interfere with the increased use of headsets of such high quality.  Does anyone know if the company has responded to these complaints?

Thank you.

I have had 80% totally clear conversations with my jawbone, it is the latest Bleutooth stack.  Also, it is the most comfortable ear piece I have worn to date.

The only negative is I am heavy handed with the thing, and the first time I assembled the thing I broke the thin pin that is the connection between the ear frame and tne phone.

The second time it broke under preassure, I think I was sleeping on the train on my side and the pin eventually snapped, so I had to pay $20 or so to get a new ear clip kit - which is a waste, as I did not need the assortment of earbuds and the standard clips do not fit me, I need the long clips and I prefer to wear the ear piece on the left so of the 4 clips only one works perfectly and the right side long clip kind of works for the left side but not so comfortable.

Note to Aliph - can I just have a kit with the ear clip for my size please ?

I bought a pair of Plantronics Voyager 520. They have noise cancellation and the ability to marry to 2 cell phones at once. I have my iPhone and my company phone on it and they are amazing. Plus I don’t look like I have a cheese grater hanging off my head like the Alphs.

Now the Jawbone website sells ear loops by size and side of use - except I wanted to get 4 and did not notice that the unit was a pack of 4 so now I have 16 spare loops that work for my comfort and size for future breakage cover !.
