Here’s the link to the new AT&T iPhone Rate Plans, both individual and family plans.  They start at $60 for a single iPhone user plan (450 minutes) and $110 for a two iPhone family plan (700 shared minutes) ($30 extra for each additional iPhone on plan - four total).
