my iPod is doing something really odd. last night my computer wouldn’t even read that it was plugged in, and this morning it’s reading it, but all of my songs are grey and i can’t listen to them (on iTunes); but i can still listen to them on the iPod. i’m thinking i need to restore the iPod to factory settings, but i’m not 100 percent sure. so any help would be appreciated if anyone else has had this problem.
